How much does it cost to rent a bike in Pula?
Regular bike rental starts from 13 € per day (4+ days), 15 € for 3 days and 17 € for 2 days. Children's bikes are 50% off. E-bikes cost 33 € for 3 hours or 39 € per day, and e-scooters from 25 € per day.
Where can I rent a bike in Pula and Medulin?
Pula Rental has three locations: Verudela (near the Aquarium), Camp Stoja in Pula, and Camp Arena Medulin in Medulin. You can walk in or book online.
Is a helmet and lock included in the rental?
Yes — every rental includes a helmet and a lock free of charge.
Do I need to leave a deposit?
No deposit is required. You only need to show a valid photo ID (identity card, passport or driver's license) when picking up your rental.
Can I pay by card at the rental location?
Yes — we accept Mastercard and Visa at all our locations, as well as cash payment. You pay on arrival, when picking up your rental.
Can I rent an e-bike or e-scooter?
Yes, we rent e-bikes and e-scooters at all three locations. E-bikes are perfect for longer rides to Cape Kamenjak or around Medulin's coastal paths.
Do you offer guided bike tours?
Yes — we run guided tours from our Verudela location in Pula to Cape Kamenjak in Premantura, as well as a tour of the Šijana forest in Pula with its Park of Labyrinths. From our Camp Arena Medulin location, we also offer morning and evening tours.
Do you rent SUP boards and kayaks?
Yes, SUP boards and kayaks are available at our location in Camping Arena Stoja, Pula.
Can children rent bikes?
Yes, we have children's bikes at 50% of the regular price, plus child seats for 4eu.
Do I need to book in advance?
Walk-ins are welcome, but in high season (July–August) we recommend booking online to guarantee availability.
What are your opening hours?
We are open every day from 9 AM to 9 PM at all locations.
What happens if the bike breaks down during my rental?
Don't worry — we provide free support on the road. Call us and we'll repair or replace your bike as quickly as possible, anywhere in the Pula and Medulin area.
What if it rains on the day of my rental or tour?
You can reschedule free of charge or cancel for a full refund if the weather makes riding unsafe.
Can I return the bike to a different location?
Yes, you can pick up at Verudela and return at Camp Stoja or Camp Arena Medulin — just let us know in advance.
Can we book a private tour for our group or family?
Yes, private tours for families and groups are available on request — contact us via WhatsApp for a custom offer.
